The 30-day guarantee applies to your first purchase of any SafeNest plan (Personal or Family). To qualify, simply contact us within 30 calendar days of the date of your initial payment. You don't need to give a reason.

SafeNest plans are billed annually. We'll send you a reminder before each renewal. The 30-day guarantee applies to your initial purchase; renewal charges are non-refundable, but you can cancel anytime before a renewal date with one click — no phone calls, no retention tricks — and you won't be charged again.
If you were charged for a renewal you didn't intend (for example, you meant to cancel but missed the date), contact us anyway — we're reasonable and will work with you.
SafeNest purchases are processed by our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy, which handles billing, taxes, and payment security on our behalf. Refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy back to your original payment method.
